Who I serve

Built for people who depend on their technology.

Homes & home offices

Individuals and remote workers

Computer, Wi-Fi, security, and software help for your home setup — the same expert care as any business, no contracts.

Small businesses

1–50 employees

Expert IT without the cost of a full-time hire — the person you call when something breaks, or, better, before it does.

Professional practices

Law, medical, dental, accounting & real estate

Detail-conscious offices that need their systems set up right, their data protected, and their day uninterrupted.

Nonprofits & community orgs

Churches, centers & local groups

Reliable, patient help and a fast response for the organizations that keep a community running.

How it works

Simple to start. Easy to rely on.

1

Reach out

Tell me what’s going on — a quick call or message. We figure out what you need, free and no obligation.

2

Get a plan

You get a clear scope and upfront pricing — by the hour or by the project. No surprises.

3

Fixed & supported

I fix it, secure it, and explain what I did — and I’m a call away whenever you need me again.

Why HTCS

A senior expert who answers the phone.

One accountable expert

No call centers, no ticket roulette. You work directly with Ryan, who knows your systems.

Secure, transparent remote support

Encrypted sessions you control and can end anytime — most issues fixed without anyone coming out.

Fast, same-day response

When your computer or network is down, you can’t wait days. I get back to you quickly and get you running.

Plain-English communication

Clear explanations and follow-up notes — so you always know what was done and why.

Recent work

A few problems I’ve solved.

Real engagements — from emergency rescues to the everyday IT that keeps people running.

Website rescue · 24 hours

Rebuilt a center’s website overnight

When the Spiritual Center of the Desert lost control of their website, I built a fully functioning replacement within 24 hours — live streaming, Google video playlists, a rotating slider, and a working event calendar — so their community never missed a service.

Data recovery

Saved a ministry’s video library from deletion

When Zoom moved to close Dr. Day’s account, I downloaded her full archive of recorded Bible-study sessions just before the originals were erased — then set her up with a dedicated home for them, safe from third-party deletion.

Ongoing IT support

The on-call IT department for local businesses

For a roster of business clients I handle the day-to-day: application troubleshooting, printer and connectivity issues, email support, and phishing-awareness guidance — the IT person they can simply call.

Home & remote work

Home offices set up to just work

Fast Wi-Fi in every room, a secure connection back to the office, backed-up computers, and the printers and apps configured — so working from home feels as solid as being there.

Questions

Common questions.

How do you charge?
Simple and upfront: $120/hour for tech help and one-off projects, or a fixed price for a larger project, quoted after a quick chat. No long-term contracts.
Can you help me remotely, or do you come out?
Both. Secure remote tools let me fix most issues without anyone coming out — at home or the office, wherever you are. On-site visits are available by arrangement in the Southern California area.
Do you handle security?
Yes. I set up business-grade protection — firewalls, antivirus, content filtering, secure backups, VPNs, and user access controls — and explain in plain English exactly what’s in place and why.
Do you work with home users, or only businesses?
Both — homes are a big part of what I do. Computers, Wi-Fi, security, and software help for your home or home office, the same expert care, no contracts. Just reach out and tell me what’s going on.
Do you do AI automation, websites, or social media?
Yes — those services now live at htcs.ai, my sister site for AI-powered business services. Same owner, same standards. Head there for details and pricing.

Let’s get your technology working the way it should.
