What if it takes longer than 30 minutes?
We bill in 30-minute increments. If your issue will take longer than 30 minutes, we’ll let you know. We will always be upfront about time and time estimates.
Is my information safe?
We never store your passwords or any confidential information and only access what’s needed to solve the issue.
Do you offer subscriptions?
